For those who missed being there this year.  Two interesting YouTube clips from Bentley Drivers silverstone 2020  if you watch olivers film you get to see how he had to comeback from the back of the pack. Not only a stall on the start line, but then going off road to miss a spinning lotus he ended up at the back of the pack but still came through to a win.

2023 Allard competition. Gentlemen and ladies. Just to let you know I have set up a WhatsApp group to help us get out and Race / Sprint / Hill climb etc. in 2023. Tim, Mark Brett looked at it a couple of weeks ago, he is also trying to contact the owner. So far we have not been able to find any-thing about it in club or factory records.

Hi Russell good to see ORL 87 has gone to a good home. Along with Mike who has a lot of Allard knowlage tucked away in his head.  Dave Loveys, the club Captain is also  great when it comes to working on P’s. He is working on his door frames as we message. Have a look at his Forum postings about working on his P.  I am sure he would also be happy to advise you.  Ron

Joe and others, Just a quick up-date   The following are AOC core events which we as a club have been invited to enter with our own class. That is if we can pull in enough Allards. The 500 owners club event was a great success this year. 8th of May is the VSCC event on the following day. Chris Pring entered both day this year.

28 May Hill Climb Prescott Historique BOC
2 July   Hill climb Piston Power MAC
10 September Sprint Goodwood AC owners
18 September sprint Curborough Sprint AMOC

Dave, again like Ben I really should get out in the garage and take a look at woodwork on the K. The screws holding the lock ‘wedge’ on the body keep coming lose. Keep up with the posting, I am looking forward to trying out your P again
