Hello chaps,

I’m trying to dismantle an Allard fan bearing housing but can’t see how to remove the bearings.

Any pointers gratefully received.

Note from Mike Knapman: “Biggles, I think you grip the flats at the engine side in a vice, then undo the nut at the fan end having removed the split pin, then the bearings can be drifted free”.

Done it now, but the spacer between the bearings had to be pushed sideways in order to free a lip on a bearing inner race for a drift.
