2027 Notes: – “Important” rules for AOC members competing in all 2027 competition events.
1. It is mandatory that all Cars and Drivers entered into the AOC Class comply with 2027 MSUK speed regulations.
2. It is important & essential that all Cars and Drivers entered into the AOC Class comply with the rules and regulations of each organising club.
3. It is the responsibility of the owner / driver to ensure compliance to notes 1 & 2 above. NB: But if in doubt, please ask Club Competitions Secretary Ron Dowle for guidance and advice on how to ensure you and your car will conform with the regulations.
4. We also aim to entice the younger generation to join and run entry level Allards by getting them to come along and enter with their classic or vintage cars, So now is the time to get your children out and competing. They do not have to be AOC members, just related to a AOC member.
3. All rounds of the 2027 AOC championship will have a “Best time improvement” on the day winner as well as the organising clubs ‘class’ winner at each event.
AOC Points and Handicap system
10 Points for a win, – 9 Points for 2nd, – 8 Points for 3rd, – 7 Points for 4th, – 6 Points for 5th, – 5 Points for 6th, – 4 Points for 7th, – 3 Points for 8th, – 2 Points for 9th, – 1 Point for 10th
A = Factory standard Allards and Modified Allards = 100% Points.
B = Handicap for winning the 2026 year = 90% Points.
C = Fast None Allard cars and Modified Allards with ‘none period’ Modifications = 85% Points.
D = Slow None Allard cars = 95% Points.
E = Final year-end points for the AOC Sprint and Hill-climb championship will take the best 6 results from the 7 events available.
