Price: £50,000
Due to bereavement, I’m reluctantly selling our 1948 M type.
We bought it supposedly fully restored, but it has been the subject of considerable expenditure and a great deal of work completed to an exacting standard in our ownership – an eye watering £110,000 pounds worth.
All bills can be seen. It has a Ford mercury engine and a 5 speed Toyota gearbox.
A large capacity fuel tank and high capacity radiator have been installed. It has been fitted with a roll cage and Corbeau rally seats and harnesses. It is fast, comfortable and easy to drive. We drove it all around South East Asia with no problems at all. It is rally ready and an absolute bargain at £50,000.
It is pictured here looking ravishing in Cambodia.
