It would it great to hear from Club members about any form of competition you are considering this year. Rallies, Hill Climbs, Circuit racing, whatever. In fact, it doesnt even need to be in your Allard. And competition doesnt necessarily mean “speed”. Navigational rallies etc are very testing.

Best to jack it up, then grab hold of the wheel at 12 and 6 o clock. A gentle rock back and forth will show the play in the bearing. The bearings are taper roller, so should always have a very small amount of “play”.
